Niejda - Chicks in Sápmi is a mentoring program for Sami girls in Sweden. The project is soon to be launched and the project is looking for women aged over 20 that can become mentors.

Youths from Norrbotten and Västerbotten in Sweden are invited to take part in a great event in Umeå during weekend 10th-12th of september. The Barents Boost infocamp will give the participants engagement and enthusiasm when it comes to international cooperation across borders in the Barents region.

Baltic wildlife photography competition! The competition will take place all nine countries surrounding the Baltic Sea: Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Russia.

The Forum will be carried out for the second time in Arkhangelsk 27.July- 1.August. This is now planned as an annual event for youths in Arkhangelsk region. The project is financed within the long-term program “The Pomor Youth 2009-2011”.

The international Conference "Cross-Border Cooperation: Russian Federation, European Union and Norway. Focus - the Republic of Karelia" was arranged during the 90th anniversary of Karelia and opened in Petrozavodsk on June 4. The Barents Regional Youth Council was there.

Seliger 2010 is an international project aimed at uniting the world leaders of tomorrow. Around 3 000 people took part in the event spending a week together in Tver region in Russia, from July 1 to July 8 to build a global network.

A fatastic international project is being implemented this summer in Arkhangelsk. Within the project there will be rafting along the Pinega River in the Arkhangelsk region with visits to historical places and local villages located along the river.
