Mission MacRell camp and workshop in Tana

The Mission MacRell project engages children and youths from Russia, Finland and Norway in summeractivities to activate them. The centre of attention is access for functionally disabled persons in the society. The children and youths can look forward to different summer activities, theatre and the social aspect of the camp.  The project gathers twenty participants who will be involved in the MacRell musical, which will be presented in four languages, Russian, Finnish, Norwegian and Sami. The musical is intended to be the culmination of the gathering with access and activity in focus.

Berlevåg and Båtsfjord are pilot municipalities and will make adjustments of the main street for better access for the functionally disabled. The adjustments will be tested by the participants of the MacRell project, and they will present a report to the mayor on availability in the municipality.
