Dansearena nord is looking for project ideas from Russian and Norwegian dance artists to take part in a one-week Residency Laboratory in Petrozavodsk, Russia.
Both Russian, Norwegian, and mixed groups are welcome to apply with their projects, though preference will be given to mixed groups with both Norwegian and Russian artists.
Groups applying must be interested and curious in sharing their working process, and also to learn about others working methods. The residency is therefore more suitable for research-based work on a initial stage of development. 5 days is not a long time, we are therefore not looking for projects that aim to be completed during this period, rather groups interested in the creative prosess and sharing of work in progress.
